Following life’s meanderings of tragedies and triumphs, busyness and juggling, our bodies sometimes forget to flow as they should, creating illness, tension and anxiety. Finding solace and rebalancing in walking, nature meditation and mindfulness, Sophie learned how to keep a level balance, even through the toughest of circumstances. She aims to teach her learnings - how to get back to basics, seeing the wonder in the little things and natural methods we can use to help ourselves keep a healthy body and mind.
